Fees and Policies

Fees:

Please contact me directly to discuss my fees. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots in my practice. If you are interested in a sliding fee, please note that in your initial inquiry.

Insurance:

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. If you have out-of-network mental health or behavioral health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance company. If you are eligible, I can supply all paperwork and documentation needed in order for you to receive reimbursement.

Cancellation:

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I will always try to reschedule appointments whenever possible. If this is not possible, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.

Payment:

I accept cash, check or Zelle as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of service.

A credit card on file is required for all clients. Any past due payments will be charged directly to your card.
