I am an active and collaborative therapist who helps individuals understand themselves in more meaningful ways, change unhelpful behavior patterns and move closer to lives they are excited and energized by. I create an environment where authentic therapeutic relationships develop and curiosity thrives, so clients feel safe to reveal parts of themselves they may otherwise be hesitant to share.
While there are certainly elements of traditional talk therapy in my practice, I also utilize evidence-based behavioral techniques from my various training experiences. This combination allows therapy to be explorative while remaining solution- focused and concrete.
